Paul said:
But what says it? The word is near you, even in thy mouth, and
in your heart: i.e, the word of faith, which we preach;

For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture says,
Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. Roman

Jesus
said
Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say
to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say to
you, Except a man be
born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of
the Spirit is spirit John 3:5-6
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to
condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John
3:15 -17
