There has never been a time than now to strengthen our minds; to remind ourselves who we are in Christ; and to know what we are capable of doing in Christ.   We are being bombarded daily we must feed our spirit man daily.  We are a repetitious people.  We behave based on habitual activities.  We can better our lives and increase our lives by building on what the word of God says.  For the scriptures says: Ps 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”  And in another place, Ps 119:103 “How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!”  Listen and read these media sources over and over again; “fix every word upon your memory, and meditate upon them until you firmly believe what they say.  If a doubt comes to you, cast it aside as a sin.  Simply take them on trust and act on them.”  You will see yourself grow to new heights in Christ like never before.
